What does rewards in review mean?

Rewards are usually under review when you've taken a survey/study with a reward partner such as Lucid. 


The partner in these cases needs to confirm the responses are valid (their clients have a review period to ensure it's good quality responses) and then when they give us confirmation, we can mark those rewards confirmed. Typically the review timeline is between 30 to 90 days depending on the partner.


Every time you take a survey/reward, if it's provided by a reward partner you'll see a message such as below indicating which partner we're working with, and the details on payment review.
