Congratulations on earning rewards through Powr of You! This guide will walk you through the process of redeeming your rewards on the website.

1. Check Your Dashboard
After completing studies and earning rewards, your account balance will be displayed on the Dashboard page of the Powr of You website. To review specific details about your rewards, navigate to the Rewards menu.
2. Minimum Redemption Amount
You have the flexibility to redeem any amount above GBP 5 or INR 500. However, please be aware that the redemption process on the Tango website, where rewards are managed, may have specific requirements set by individual merchants.
Some vendors, like Amazon, may only offer gift cards in predefined denominations while others, like Croma, may allow for custom redemption amounts.
Please note that these specifications are determined by the third-party vendors collaborating with Tango, and we do not have control over these features.
3. Rewards Review Period
Rewards are subject to review for up to 45 days. This allows our clients to assess the quality of survey responses. For more details on rewards in review, refer to our Helpdesk article: Rewards in Review
4. Redemption Steps
Follow these steps to redeem your rewards:
a. Click on "Request payment" when your earned rewards are reviewed and exceed the minimum redemption amount.
b. Confirm message on rewards link sent via email is provided.
c. Open the rewards email sent to your registered email address and select the reward link to initiate the redemption process.
