Payment timelines vary slightly based on the type of reward.
- For external surveys, the reward is allocated to your account immediately after you complete a study. However, the external partner needs time to verify your responses in order for the reward allocated to your account to be available for payment.
- For internal surveys, i.e. Powr of You surveys, the timeline for payment may be quicker. The timeline varies based on geography, between 3-5 days.
- For behavioural studies, the reward is allocated to your account immediately after you complete the study.
Rewards are assigned to you and available for redemption as soon as you complete a behavioural data study.
Reward payments are redeemed as premium gift cards using our partner, Tango Cards. Gift Cards are an immediate transaction and you will be given your e-voucher at the time of your request.
