Why was my survey access suspended?

You may notice a message such as below on your account if access to your account has been suspended by our survey partners:

We take inputs from our survey partners to ensure the quality of survey responses is high and they continue to engage with our Powr of You audience. Some common reasons why your account may be suspended:

  • IP/Geo Mismatch - “IP/GEO check” protection prohibits respondents from taking surveys that are not targeted to their location.
  • Invalid Traffic - This check identifies invalid traffic, such as botnets and click farms, on entering the survey marketplace. If after thirty days you remain in good-standing, you'll see surveys again.

  • Respondent Deny List Terminations - informed by a proprietary historical quality check, to block low-quality respondents from the survey marketplace. These respondents are added to the Deny List for surpassing defined behavioral thresholds related to things like reconciliations, link manipulation, or entry to excessive country-languages. These criteria will continue to develop over time and are subject to change.
