To change or update your account details such as email address, notification preferences and/or password, click on the Settings tab under your name and profile picture, which appears at the top right of each page when you are logged in to your account. This option is similarly available on the Powr of You mobile apps under Settings.
To change or update your profile details such as your personal profile, household or professional profile, click on the My Profile tab at the top of each page when you are logged in to your account. This option is available on the Powr of You mobile apps under Settings > My profile.
Be aware upon closing your account you will forfeit your current reward balance and all data related to your account will be deleted. This process is irreversible.
Note: If you previously created your Powr of You account with a Facebook or Twitter login option, you will now need to update it to be using an email login option only. If you have any questions, please email us the request at help@powrofyou.com.
